Elevate Printing creates its vinyl banners using a 1440 DPI eco-solvent printer. Banners over 5 feet wide are printed onto seperate peices and seamlessly combined or printed onto a single peice of vinyl using a 360 DPI solvent printer. Both solvent and eco-solvent printers provide vinyl banners with excellent resistance to UV light (the sun), water, and scratching.
Grommeting is also available free of charge. For vinyl banners less than 20 square feet in area, four grommets are facetted into the vinyl, one at each corner. For larger banners, grommets are placed approximately every 18” around the perimeter of the banner. These additional grommets help reduce sagging and give extra support for harsh conditions. While we do offer hemming services around the edges, this is more of a cosmetic feature than added strength. Please allow an additional 3-4 days if hemming is requested. All banners ship out of Chicago and take between 1-3 business days to reach anywhere in the continential US via UPS & USPS.
